The Indians getting it done. I talked to some players today at the gas station, and watch out weaklings, they are running over everyone. Coleman, Simpson and Blake will power over everyone and the offensive line is bigger and badder than ever before. They are big strong and will push past everyone!
I guarantee Coach Macs boys will be 7-2 at worst this season and will beat Mishawaka, Roosevelt, the Fake Indians, LaPorte, Valparaiso, Michigan City, and Chesterton at least and might beat everyone else too.
Go Indians! Go Tribe! Go Portage! The Pride is BACK!

fandom knows no bounds. It would be great to see Portage back, but 7-2 is a stretch. I see wins against Roosevelt, LaPorte, and Michigan City. Also possible wins against Chesterton and Valpo could be close, although Kitterage ran all over Portage last year. Barring a major upset Merrillville, Lake Central, and Crown Point should win over Portage. A win against Mishawaka is also unlikely.

Portage is on a 7 game losing streak to Valpo. That is unacceptable at Portage.

Lol this ain't 2003!!! My god..who is going to quarterback this team to a 7-2 record?? And tell me more about this great offensive line..Where was it last year??
I agree with Rich..Roosevelt, La Porte, and Michigan City I can see them beating...CP, LC, Merrillville..no way..Valpo is a stretch but possible..Chesterton could go either way..4 or 5 wins max
Jake Huston and Antoine Brown aren't walking through that door..

You people just don't know. It doesn't matter who the QB its. Portage offense is running. Lots of good teams don't have a QB. The Indians will beat the fake Indians.

yeah, Portage didn't have a QB last year and look where it got them..you need to have good QB play to win in the playoffs..not saying the guy has to be a D1 talent, but it's hard to make a deep run when you are one dimensional..the only exception I can think of recently is the 2009 Lowell team
I hope Portage gives up less than 62 points this year against them..and they better score alot more than 7

Prep Football Report Preview show on 56 picked LC 1st, Chesterton 2nd, Merrillville 3rd, CP 4th, and Valpo 5th. Went to CP Red and White Scrimmage at CP, Peterson looked especially quick.
