apollo: You are crazy. Jatis is a great QB and is at least as good as the QBs at the other schools. Like I said, the kid at Merrillville might be a little bit better, but no other QB is as good as he is in the conference. You can not count Yancy since he will be a running back. He played good last year and has had a a whole entire year to work and get better. He will be the best or maybe the second best in the DAC.

No one is saying he isn't good and not the best choice at CP. but their are questions with any unproven commodity? Was he hurt in baseball as it stated in the Lake County Star? What were his stats vs Penn? Yes these are questions every fan has when it replaces a Joe Hopman and you act like this isn't a question among CP fans which it is and when one of the options transferred.

Who is proven in the DAC? Just the kid at Merrillville. Everyone else is new. Yancy would be the best if he was not switching to running back. Valpo, Chesterton, Portage, all will have new quarterbacks. The other schools don't have good ones. How does that mean that Jatis is not one of the best in the DAC?

Chesterton still has Katsafaros..and their younger QB Teel will also be good..I have no idea what Valpo will have for a quarterback but they certainly have a good track record of developing good QB's
And I doubt Yancey would be switching positions unless St. Germain felt pretty dang confident in whoever replaced him at QB..I personally don't think it's the best move for the team but if they have some stud QB that is projected to be legit then that would make sense

Our quarterback will be very good this year. He will be better than what we had.

And I was right about Portage, but crowntownmike, didn't the Andrean cheaters crush Crown Point?

indianlineback, how'd we look last night at Munster? I was unable to make it because I was out of town, but from what i hear we struggled at the start. Did Coleman play at all or was his hamstring still causing him to remain on the sidelines? The times put that the best play of the night was a pass from Pearmen to Maldanado for a nice touchdown.

fadley81...we looked great! It started off slow, but the REAL INDIANS got better as the game went one. Pearman looked good, really good. Coleman played and scored a touchdown. Simpson and Blake played good too. If Coleman gets hurt Portage will be, not as good, but still very good.
