Apparently Dwight Howard will be traded to the Lakers in a 4 team deal. Howard goes to LA, Andre Iguodala to the Nuggets, Andrew Bynum and Jason Richardson to the Sixers, Arron Afflalo, Al Harrington, Nikola Vucevic and Moe Harkless as well as protected first round picks from each of the three other teams.
So now a projected starting lineup for LA looking like this: C Dwight Howard F Pau Gasol F Antawn Jamison SG Kobe Bryant PG Steve Nash
An older roster, but you still have to like their chances. Of couse Jamison could come off of the bench and someone else could start in that spot too, but still.

Another mega-team. The Bulls and Heat are better though.

They will be much better. They will be older though, the Heat are a much younger team over all. Nash is one of the best PGs in the league, Howard is the best center, and Kobe is Kobe, but still....

Not sure what Nash has left in the tank..he can't play heavy minutes like he used to..but the Lakers should be the favorite in the Western Conference next year..they will still struggle to defend Durant and Westbrook when they play OKC..but the front line will wear down the Thunder
